Professional Profile
Tyler evaluates the damage to a residential or commercial property and prepares a building estimate to present to the insurance company. A well-prepared building estimate makes a case for a settlement that will allow the policyholder to bring the property back to its pre-loss condition by evaluating the cost of rebuilding or repairing their property. After a loss, Tyler researches the various details and intricacies and examine the remains of the structure after the loss.
Over the years, Tyler has seen the devastation of losing a home or business firsthand many times. His enhanced ability to pay attention to detail, which is derived from his time working on unique construction projects with the US Marine Corp Reserves, allows him to ensure that all details that could affect the final settlement are accounted for and properly documented. Prior to working with The Greenspan Co./ Adjusters International, Tyler was a property accountant for a luxury apartment complex in Washington DC. After joining our firm, Tyler took the skills he learned earlier in his career and applied them to a new passion - to help people recover in their time of need.
